Security Alert

The biggest security problem comes from further attempts by hackers from Eastern Europe who have also involved several Dutch and Belgian banks this week. In particular, there is fear of a resurgence of computerized phishing for identity theft.

Further tensions in relation to security are due to the possible increase in pressure exerted by Islamic movements. Many far-right groups have expressly voiced their dissent and for next week some demonstrations are planned in Brussels and Antwerp.
